Matt put on a family exercise video from Comcast on demand a couple weeks ago and Mark and Makenna just had the best time doing it! It was so funny! Mark was concentrating really hard on most of the stuff, but he did so good! Makenna had to stop at the end and take a phone call. =) Maybe they'll take after me and enjoy exercising!
