Swimming at Aunt Myrna's

Here are some pictures of the kids swimming at Matt's Aunt Myrna's house on 4th of July. Makenna was a little unsure at first but then did okay...Even wanting to them go in with her clothes on after being changed out of her bathing suit. Mark did great and even jumped off of the diving board.

We didn't get a Visor thrown to us, so I had Matt's Dad ask the women behind us if we could borrow hers to get this picture for my Dad. Enjoy Mark the little USS Patriot!

Happy 4th of July!!!

The kids had a great 4th of July today. We went to the Portage, IN Parade, to Matt's Aunt Diane's house, and then to his Aunt Myrna's house. We had a great day spending time with family. The kids were so tired they both fell asleep on the way home from Myrna's house and stayed asleep when we got home! We will continue with more "4th of July" parties tomorrow!

I Wear My Sunglasses....

Here are some pictures of Makenna wearing Sunglasses lately. She will keep them on for a few minutes but then they are off. She loves making a cheesy smile in them too! I think she looks so cute in them!

Sticker Book

Mark got a sticker book from Madison's Birthday party a couple months ago and had loved playing with it. It is so funny because he feels that he has to match the animals when he puts them on the page. I'm glad that the sticker sheets Bethany got have two of every animal! Last night he was putting the remaining stickers in his book, and this is what he said:

"I'm putting the Seals on now Mom. Oh, Look they're giving each other a kiss. That's so nice."

It was so cute and funny! He can still be our sweet little boy some moments and a complete terror the next. I hope the sweet side pulls through. (He wanted nothing to do with getting his picture taken, that is why he is looking down and I am holding up the book in the 2nd pic)

The Great Race-Part 2

Here is a video of another race between Mark and Makenna. Makenna had some mechanical difficulties with her stroller! Sorry about the poor camera work.
