Here is a picture of Mark in his green goggles from Swim Lessons. There are times he just insists on wearing them. I think he looks like some kind of strange super hero! =)

Money Egg
Here is a video of Makenna during the Easter Egg Hunt we set up for the kids Easter weekend in our backyard. Makenna was trying so hard to get this one egg open because she knew it had "play" money in it! She is already such a girl!!! I just loved the expression on her face when she was trying so hard to open it!
Bunny Hop
Sorry it has been a while that I have posted anything. For some reason our computer is acting up and it won't take any of my pictures off of my camera. It's very frustrating. Along with that I have been working 13 days all week this week making up for my short hour week last week. I have been extremely exhausted and going to bed early because I am also still training for the Indianapolis Mini Marathon which is next Saturday. I ran 10 miles today in between my 5:15 AM shift and my 12:30 PM shift. Needless to say, I'm ready for bed.
Here is a video of Mark at his Preschool Easter Party doing the Bunny Hop. He loved it.

Terrible 2's
Here is a picture of Makenna from the other day when she didn't get her way. She has started to get a little temper on her and she has even started to hit when she is mad. I think the terrible 2's have started a month early for her! Most of the time she is still pretty good, but when she wants something to go her way, you better watch out!

Easter Egg Hunt
Mark showing me all of the eggs he got so far

Makenna was too concerned with her candy to smile
Ahhh...sweet reward!
We had the Easter Egg Hunt at Church today, but it was rainy and cold outside so it wasn't as nice as it usually is. They held it in the Church Gym and spread the eggs out for all of the kids. Mark was going around trying to get as many as he could....Makenna on the other hand was picking up one egg at a time, opening it, and seeing what piece of candy she got and then trying to eat it. I think because of her untimely process she maybe got 4-5 eggs while Mark got at least 20. She did enjoy eating the chocolate later. I tried to make her wait, but the girl knows what she wants and wouldn't take No for an answer. Oh well. You're only young once...Enjoy!
Easter Bunny
Matt and I took the kids to see the Easter Bunny yesterday at Bass Pro Shop in Portage. They had a great time. They had an Easter Egg Hunt and then we went to see the Easter Bunny. Makenna didn't want to sit next to the Easter Bunny, but was happy to sit next to Mark. She didn't smile, but at least she didn't cry. Then after we left she kept asking to see him again. Go figure!

My Little Bunny
Here is a picture of Makenna in a bunny t-shirt from the other day. She found the headbands that I bought her and she loves to put them on "all by myself mommy." So this is at least one picture I got of her after I put it on. She doesn't keep it on long though so this is the only one that I was able to get. Enjoy!
Just Like Madison Did...
Here are some pictures of Mark lining up all of his crayons this morning after he colored his Easter Bunny picture for Preschool. (He colored all of the eggs and the bunny's eyes. I colored the rest. It's a family project.) He said he, "Wanted to line them up just like Madison did." He loves looking at pictures of her on Bethany's blog and especially loves to watch all of the videos. He can't wait to see them next weekend for Easter! It's a surprise for Madison, but he also colored a picture for her because she colored one for me for my birthday. He works on it a little more everyday. We aren't allowed to send it to her either because he has to hand it to her in person. He's just so cute sometimes!!!
